1. Scope
These Terms govern your participation in the Pixel4Polio charitable campaign. By placing pixel blocks and completing a donation, you accept these terms in full.
2. The Service
Pixel4Polio is a charitable pixel donation platform. Users purchase pixel blocks on a 1920×1080 shared canvas. Each pixel costs EUR 1. All proceeds support Rotary International End Polio Now. Pixel blocks are permanent once payment is confirmed and cannot be refunded.
3. Payments
All prices are in Euros (EUR). A processing fee is applied per transaction. Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. We do not store card numbers. All transactions are subject to the respective processor’s terms.
4. Canvas Rights
Pixel blocks are placed on a first-come, first-served basis. You grant Pixel4Polio the right to display your pixel art as part of the campaign. You may not place offensive, discriminatory, or illegal imagery.
5. Disclaimer
The platform is provided as-is. Donations are non-refundable. We are not liable for technical failures beyond our control. The campaign may close at any time; paid pixels remain on the final canvas.
