This privacy policy explains how BESTgroup Consulting GmbH ("we", "us") operates the Pixel4Polio donation platform (pixel4polio.com, pixel4polio.de) on behalf of Rotary Gemeindienst Deutschland, to enable charitable pixel donations for the End Polio Now campaign.

3. What Data We Collect
When you use the Pixel4Polio donation platform, we collect the following data:
- Identity data: First and last name (required for donation receipt)
- Contact data: Email address, postal address (required for donation receipt)
- Transaction data: Amount donated, pixel coordinates, transaction ID
- Optional data: Rotary Club name and District number
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, access times (server logs)
- Payment data: Processed by Stripe or PayPal — we do not store card numbers

7. Data Retention
Donation data (name, address, amount, transaction ID) is retained for 10 years as required by German tax law (§ 147 AO). Technical server logs are deleted after 30 days.
8. Cookies
This website uses technically necessary cookies only (session management, language preference). No tracking or advertising cookies are used. No consent banner is required for technically necessary cookies under GDPR Recital 30.
9. Security
We use TLS/HTTPS encryption for all data transmission. Payment data is handled exclusively by PCI-DSS compliant processors. Access to personal data is strictly limited to authorised personnel.
